Big X
Big X is a simple 3 reel game played on a single win line (except when the Big X is activated) with awards paid for 3 of a kind wins.
There are Holds and Nudges as well as 'Cheats' and a special Big X symbol.
How To Play
- Select the value of your stake by clicking up or down on the stake buttons.
- Press 'Start' to spin the reels.
- You can also select a number of automatic spins up to a maximum of 100.
Holds
Holds are offered at random and automatically hold the highest the single symbol or a matching pair. These may not be cancelled. Holds may be offered after a winning combination.
Nudges
3 Nudges are available and automatically nudge to the highest possible outcome, either a win to the highest single symbol or a matching pair.
On the centre reel are dedicated Big X symbols. If this comes onto the win line, then all wins in the window (all 9 fruits) will pay 27 ways and the X is a wild symbol. This is indicated by 4 X's appearing on the reel apertures and the relevant win line indicators displayed.
Big X Jackpot
There is a display at the top of the screen to indicate the big 'X' Jackpot for the current stake.
"Cheats"
- Hold After Win - Hold after win may be awarded at random.
- Hold After Nudge - Following a game with non-winning Nudge, Holds may be offered. If there are two like symbols on the win line and these are not held, the corresponding three of a kind win will be spun in. Occasionally the win will be promoted to a higher win.
- Third Hold - If two like symbols are held on three consecutive games the third game will result in a matching symbol appearing on the win line.
- Hold All Above/Below Winline - If there is a reel win above or below the win line, occasionally all three reels will hold and the win will either step down or up to bring the win onto the win line.
